We are all about a “soft kitchen re-opening” so we won’t have fish fry for a couple of more weeks. Plus our fryer is on the fritz.
Tonight and the next few days we have:
Brisket and pork sandwiches, chili, mac and cheese, brisket and pork nachos, Champion pizza, and ice cream.And BOOZE. Lots and lots of booze.

Sadly, our fryer has gone out. Hope to get her up and running in the coming days.
