We are all about a “soft kitchen re-opening” so we won’t have fish fry for a couple of more weeks. Plus our fryer is on the fritz. Tonight and the next few days we have: Brisket and pork sandwiches, chili, mac and cheese, brisket and pork nachos, Champion pizza, and ice cream. And BOOZE. Lots and lots of booze.
