

What a spectacular event! It was our first time participating in nearly a decade… and we knocked it out of the park with Chef Robyn’s “Hibou Grand Duc (meaning French horned owl) – featuring bacon onion marmalade, blue cheese, cherrywood smoked bacon, caramelized onions & arugula. Oh my yum.
While we did not nab a trophy, we won the hearts of all who sampled it! What’s more, it was a perfect opportunity to introduce our burger concepts, coming this summer…stay tuned!
Working with the culinary students of Badger HS was definitely a highlight…these bright, hardworking kids are well deserved recipients of the cause. Thanks to the organizers et al!
